FUJO - JAPAN, 2017

Symmetry and clean lines are subtly echoed throughout my work and this location inspired me to visit Japan in 2017. These nets are used to harvest seaweed to produce nori for sushi, which is one of Japan’s largest exports. As the tide rises, then recedes, the seaweed rests in the nets and is then collected at low tide in boats.

This limited edition of 50 is printed on Hahnemuhle PhotoRag - a white 100% cotton paper which guarantees archival standards. The dimensions specified below is the actual image size, the end result has a narrow border.
