TOITSU - JAPAN, 2017

A shrine in Japan called, “Meoto Iwa” which is affectionately referred to as, “The Wedded Rocks” - as the connecting rope celebrates the union of marriage. The left rock stands at 9m and the right stands at 3m. The connecting rope is 35m long and needs to be replaced regularly because it is exposed to the elements and takes approximately 20 men to do so.

This limited edition of 50 is printed on Hahnemuhle PhotoRag - a white 100% cotton paper which guarantees archival standards. The dimensions specified below is the actual image size, the end result has a narrow border.
